From my experience, there is always that one couple that will refresh your spirits, make your day, and make you feel at home.
This is one of them.
I was able to do their engagement photos the October prior and well… just like the DC I know, we had a sunrise session in the most unpredictable cold.
I think the idea of catching breakfast and drinks afterwards was probably the best decision though.
In hindsight, if they could endure that, they could really do anything.
Thank you so much for making the most of the painful brisk morning to make it happen.
I don’t know if Katie and Scott know this, but it’s really difficult to have your wedding day go according to plan.
Everything started on time.
Everyone was happy.
Katie – you have some serious logistical + time management skills 😛
I think my first impression of how the day would go was made just as I entered where Katie and her bridesmaids were getting ready.
I was greeted with smiles, some quirky jokes, and a really warm environment.
They shared with me some personal stories and a funny photo attached to their coke / whiskey combo.
They later showed me their secret sorority handshakes and greetings.
“I know this is weird Justin, please don’t judge us.” lolol
Just want to say a personal thank you, for letting me be part of your day, allowing me to act like a fool on the dance floor (Scott, thanks for joining in lol), and sharing personal stories.
It truly makes a difference for me and I sincerely appreciate it 🙂
A huge thank you to:
