I only met Helen and Ali via e-mail.
We didn’t have a chance to skype or do a video call, but they entrusted me to just do my thing.
– Mega pressure –
I woke up a bit earlier to do a site visit and see what I was working with.
Mind you, it was about 80 – 90 degrees already in the early morning.
I’d be covered in sweat by the end of the night lol
While on my mini tour, I ran into Helen, who had a face mask on.
It was probably the best first impression I’ve had of someone.
She apologized (for what, I don’t know).
At that point, I knew if she was cool with me seeing her like that, we’d be cool for the rest of the day 😛
I found out that her dress was handmade by her great, great grandmother over 100 years ago
and it was passed down from generation to generation.
I could go on and on, but I’ll let the photos take over.
